The Left Outsides - All That Remains (Cardinal Fuzz)

 

I wasn’t that enamoured with The Left Outsides' last album, but checked this one out to see if they’d gone back to the sound that first drew me to them, and I'm glad to say that they have. The songs are a mix of acid-folk and indie rock, with vocal duties shared by Alison and Mark, and right from the opening of 'The Unbroken Circle' I knew I'd got back the band that I loved. A great album, also available on Bandcamp.
