The resurgence of Stephen Mallinder continues with the third album from Wrangler, the Cabaret Voltaire frontman’s collaboration with pals from The Maths and Tuung. They use Benge Edwards’ arsenal of old synths to produce an album of pulsating rhythms, but with a message in the heavily distorted vocals of not accepting the status quo and urging revolution, and its a great techno/electro-pop album from them.
